Plaza Premium Group (PPG) is elevating airport lounge hospitality through an exclusive partnership with Numero Uno, launched under the patronage of HH Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan. This collaboration aims to introduce a range of luxurious delicacies, including premium caviar, across PPG's airport lounges.

As part of the new partnership, PPG hosted HH Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan for a tour of its facilities at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi. The visit began at the Diamond Lounge in the VVIP terminal and continued to the Pearl Lounge in Terminal A, highlighting PPG's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. During the tour, PPG showcased its premium facilities and culinary offerings tailored to first and business-class travelers, including a bespoke caviar bar currently under development.

Bora Isbulan, Deputy CEO of Plaza Premium Group, emphasized that the caviar bar reflects the partnership’s mission to create custom caviar dishes aimed at providing a distinctive and memorable dining experience for guests. “Since the announcement of our partnership, our teams have collaborated closely to redefine culinary indulgence for global travelers,” said Isbulan. “We are excited to be introducing a selection of premium caviar sourced from leading farms in Italy, France, Azerbaijan, and China, that will soon be available for gourmet tasting and purchase in our lounges.”

The partnership has prompted design and culinary teams to elevate the luxury culinary offerings at Zayed International Airport, aiming to set a new standard in airport lounge experiences by seamlessly combining world-class hospitality with the finest caviar selections. Numero Uno recently opened the largest state-of-the-art caviar repacking facility in the GCC region, located in KIZAD, an industrial hub between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The facility is fully HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, ensuring the highest food safety and quality standards.

Aziz Khouja, a shareholder of Numero Uno, stated that collaborating with Plaza Premium Group aligns perfectly with the company’s strategic goal of establishing Numero Uno as a prominent name in the premium caviar market. “Our market research prior to launching Numero Uno indicated a rising demand for high-quality gourmet products among regional consumers seeking unique and luxurious dining experiences,” explained Khouja. “We remain committed to maintaining the highest quality and industry standards throughout this collaboration and look forward to delighting global travelers with our exceptional caviar selections and gourmet offerings.”
